Day 1 Arrival in Arusha
You will be met by our representative at Kilimanjaro airport and transferred to your hotel in Arusha for Dinner and overnight at Tulia Hotel and Spa.

Day 2 Tarangire National Park
The safari to Tarangire National Park includes a game drive, stopping in Arusha Town for last-minute purchases. The driving is along the Masai steppe, shopping centers, and many villages.
The park is known for its large elephant population, Baobab trees, and over 400 bird species, including rare species like Ash Staling, Great Kudu, and fringed eared oryx. It forms the central annual migratory cycle within the Tarangire Lake Manyara ecosystem, which includes up to 3000 elephants, 25,000 wildebeests, and about 30,000 zebras. Late afternoon drive to Sangaiwe Tented Lodge close to the park for sunset watching, dinner & overnight.

Day 3 Tarangire – Lake Manyara National Park – Lake Eyasi
On Safari to Manyara National Park
After breakfast departs for Lake Manyara National Park & start the game drive after check-in. Lake Manyara National Park is placed at a dramatic location & it is endowed with a lot of underground streams which makes it green throughout the year. At the base of the Great East African Rift Valley, the park has beautiful overlapping habitats hence sporting a large number of wildlife which include a high concentration of baboons found nowhere else in the world, beautiful flocks of flamingos, hippos, giraffes, buffalo, wildebeest, zebra & many antelopes. Lake Manyara’s tree-climbing lion is among the beautiful features of this park. In the afternoon drive to Lake Eyasi and visit the Datoga tribe & the blacksmith, late afternoon you will walk along the Lakeshore while watching the sunset then drive to Lake Eyasi Safari Lodge for dinner & overnight.

Day 4 Lake Eyasi – Serengeti National park
On this day we take you for early morning hunting with Bushmen including tuition on survival skills. Bushman is an indigenous tribe inhabiting the area around Lake Eyasi, this tribe is divided into three clans of Hadzabe, Tindiga & Datoga “The blacksmith”. The bushman leaves in hunting and gathering eggs, fruits & tubers pretty much the same as people who lived during the Stone Age. Afterward, you will come back to the camp for a full breakfast before departing for Serengeti National park, drive along the Great Rift Valley and across the beautiful high-lying farmlands of Karatu and along the Crater rim of Ngorongoro. You will stop at the viewpoint of the Crater for a nice picture of the crater floor from the rim. On the way you will visit one of the Masai villages for some cultural encounter, some Masai worrier will invite you & take you in and around their houses you will meet some kids & other family members, you may ask as many questions as you can. Later they will sing & dance to their favorite songs which involve high jumping. If you wish you can join the dancing. Afterward, drive down into the heart of the “wild Africa” Serengeti National park with its endless rolling plains. Break for picnic lunch at Naabi Hills Gate or at the Copjes (Rocky outcropping) when heading to the Central Serengeti area called Soronera. This is one of the richest wildlife habitats in the park endowed with the Soronera River the valuable water supply in this area hence attracting a vast number of wildlife around the Serengeti. Afternoon game drive in search of the Great Wildebeest Migration (this will depend on travel dates). Late afternoon drive to Thorn trees Camp for dinner & overnight.

Day 5&6 Serengeti National Park
Spend 2 precious days in the Great Serengeti, on these days of your 7 days Tanzania lodge Safari (if you wish) as early as 06:30 with a packed breakfast box & lunch box you will do an early morning game drives in the endless rolling plains of Serengeti. Early morning game drive can allow you to spot cat families on the road as they avoid morning mist. You may also expect to see other nocturnal predators coming back from their long night of hunting or a group of lioness organizing morning ambush or eating along the road after, you will break for breakfast in the bush. Serengeti National park is the scene of the Great Wildebeest Migration, so they will be in Serengeti your safari driver guide will have already known so the early start will take you straight to where they are & spend much time with the herds anticipating seeing animal actions like eating, fighting even killing. You may also expect to spot other predators like leopards, hyenas, cheetahs & jackals. Herds of buffalo, elephants, giraffe warthog, zebra & many antelopes can also be spotted wandering around the plains of Serengeti. Packed lunch can be served at the picnic site or somewhere in the bush. This is a full-day game drive in Serengeti where you will return back to your campsite before or during sunset for dinner & overnight at Thorn Trees Camp.

Day 7 Serengeti – Ngorongoro Conservation Area
Early start, if you wish 06:30 am with a packed breakfast box then back to your Lodge for early hot lunch before heading to Ngorongoro Conservation Area with an en-route game drive. Arrive at Rhino Lodge for sunset watching, dinner & overnight.

Day 8 Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha – Airport
As early as 06:30 after breakfast, you will descend over 600 meters high walls into the crater floor for a wonderful game drive. Ngorongoro Crater is referred to by many as the 8th nature wonder of the world, the crater was formed some 3 million years ago due to some internal forces under the earth’s crust. It is a Caldera but mistakenly is called a Crater, supported by yearly round water supply & fodder, Ngorongoro Conservation Area supports a big number of animal species, which include herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, topi, eland, hippos, warthog & giant African elephant. Another big draw card to this unique Crater is the dense population of predators, which include lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs & the ever-mysterious leopard, which sometimes needs a sharp eye to spot. You will drive to Lake Magadi, a large but shallow alkaline Lake in the southwestern corner, occasionally visited by flamingos, hippos & many aquatic birds. Late afternoon drives out and back to Arusha City for overnight or drop off at Kilimanjaro international airport JRO.
